The World School is excited to share this opportunity for a mission-driven, strategic talent acquisition specialist to join us as Recruitment Lead. The Recruitment Lead, in close partnership with the campus leadership team of School and our global recruitment team, ensures that school builds an exceptionally talented, mission-aligned and diverse team of faculty and staff. The Recruitment Lead both recruits directly and partners hiring leaders and teams on improving hiring and recruitment practices.
As a recruitment lead,you will:
• Drive talent searches for faculty, leadership and staff positions for School in China
• Drive an effective, creative sourcing strategy, that attracts outstanding candidates from around the world
• Be a highly collaborative talent partner to campus leadership and the global people and culture team, and help refine and inform school’s global recruiting tools and practices
• Evaluate candidates with speed and deep discernment at all stages of structured interviewing approach
• Facilitate a seamless recruitment process, that inspires and engages our candidates
• Passionately promote school as a very desirable employer among innovative, globally-minded educators and professionals
• Reinforce great recruitment skills and practices with school hiring leaders

• Salary Range: RMB 30K-47K/month before tax
