The School Doctor will be responsible for policy development, government compliance and health office management. The School Doctor will manage the school’s nurse team covering Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary Divisions, as well as the school’s sports complex.
The successful candidate will bring proven abilities to contribute in the following areas:
• Provide effective leadership over the school’s health office according to compliance requirements
• Manage the nurse team to:
• Develop school health policies, including around crisis/emergency response, health office organization, training for faculty and staff, and other areas as needed
• Create and implement health educational campaigns for students and their parents
• Promote a healthy school environment by ensuring appropriate exclusion for infectious illnesses
• Maintain complete and up-to-date health and immunization records for all students
• Manage medical supplies and purchasing
• Prepare Chinese government reporting and ensure full compliance with regulations pertaining to health and safety
• Lead COVID epidemic prevention and control measures for the school as required by the Education Bureau
• Serve as advocate and consultant on matters of health education, public health law and related medical problems, as well as emergency treatment procedures
• Deliver medical care and physical screening to students; examine students and provide first aid measures for students and staff as needed

• Salary Range: RMB 30K-47K/month before tax
