About Job:

• • Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests that follow established procedures.
  • Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
  • Provide appropriate feedback on work.
  • Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of student's progress and development.
  • Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and needs.
  • Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
  • Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
  
  

About You:

• • Master's degree or above in education or a related field.
  • Possession of an English proficiency certificate
  • Valid teaching certificate
  • Familiarity with the construction and management of teaching teams and control of teaching quality.
  • Proficiency in the IB philosophy and standard implementation system.
  • Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
