About Job:

• Take overall charge of teaching management and academic coordination for the Science department; formulate comprehensive teaching plans and annual development goals to ensure stable, high‑quality teaching delivery across the department.
• Establish a tiered teaching framework based on curriculum features, student learning profiles and cognitive development; guide teachers in implementing differentiated and inquiry‑based experimental teaching, while ensuring full safety management for all laboratory sessions and consistent teaching effectiveness across year groups.
• Lead regular lesson observations, peer evaluations, academic seminars, research projects, experimental innovation initiatives and in‑house teacher training; promote pedagogical reform and support continuous professional growth for the Science teaching team.
• Keep closely updated with examination board requirements and the school’s academic positioning; coordinate syllabus adjustments, optimise teaching schedules and refine both theoretical and practical science curricula to align teaching outcomes with university admission goals.
• Arrange and supervise Science teachers’ participation in student mentoring, parent meetings, school open days, science fairs, STEM events, admissions activities and professional development training to strengthen the school’s brand influence.
• Liaise with all school divisions, academic affairs and administrative teams; coordinate daily academic matters, laboratory inventory management, equipment maintenance and safety compliance, and drive effective cross‑department collaboration.
• Complete additional academic management and subject development tasks assigned by the school leadership.
