About Job:

• Formulate, implement, and oversee academic curriculum plans in line with the school’s overall educational goals to ensure consistent curriculum quality and teaching progress.
• Conduct regular evaluations of teachers’ teaching performance and provide targeted training and support to continuously improve instructional quality.
• Participate in the design, revision, and optimisation of curricula to ensure content remains up-to-date and fully meets students’ academic needs.
• Offer personalised academic guidance to students, helping them resolve learning challenges and enhance their academic performance.
• Organise academic events and competitions to encourage active student participation and develop learners’ academic interests and research capabilities.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with international and domestic educational institutions to secure high‑quality teaching and learning resources for the school.
• Keep fully informed of global developments and trends in international education, with solid knowledge of both local and international education policies and standards.
• Possess interdisciplinary knowledge reserves, enabling the integration of resources across different fields to deliver comprehensive, in‑depth academic guidance to students.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, capable of leading teams to complete academic tasks efficiently and elevate the school’s overall academic standards.
• Maintain excellent communication and coordination abilities, building effective partnerships with staff, students, and parents to promote collaboration and shared progress.
• Show a proactive mindset toward continuous learning and professional development, regularly updating knowledge and skills to adapt to the evolving educational environment.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including no less than 5 years in a management role.
• Possession of a valid Senior High School Teaching Qualification; a School Principal Certificate is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as acute insight;
• Good team spirit, being honest and reliable, with good conduct.
