About Job:

• Integrate Chinese and Western curriculum systems, adopt international educational philosophies and teaching methodologies, and lead the design, research, development and continuous optimisation of secondary social science & humanities courses.
• Oversee core teaching delivery, demonstrate benchmark lessons, and organise subject-based activities including research projects, seminars, debates and academic competitions to enrich holistic learning.
• Lead regular academic research & training; conduct in-depth discussion and collaboration with foreign teachers to enhance team professionalism and overall curriculum quality.
• Manage home-school communication mechanisms, cooperate with teaching teams to monitor students’ academic performance, critical thinking development and all-round growth.

About You:

• Master’s degree or above in Politics, Economics, Sociology or related humanities disciplines; overseas study background is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience in social science subjects; working experience in international / bilingual / overseas schools is prioritised.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese; engaging teaching style with broad and solid subject knowledge.
• Passionate about humanities education with innovative thinking; able to optimise teaching systems through reflective practice and effectively promote students’ comprehensive academic and competency growth.
