About Job:

• Develop and implement the school’s university guidance strategies, including providing personalized progression planning, recommending suitable universities and programmes, and preparing application documents.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with international education departments, universities and professional institutions to introduce high‑quality educational resources to the school.
• Organize regular admission talks, workshops and seminars to enhance students’ and parents’ understanding of application procedures, international education and career planning.
• Monitor students’ application progress, offer ongoing support and coaching, and ensure smooth progression to their target universities.
• Evaluate and optimize counselling services, and adjust guidance strategies according to student needs and market changes.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Education, Psychology, International Relations or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum three years of working experience in international education or university admissions guidance, with solid familiarity with international school application procedures and student development needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• In-depth understanding of international education trends and admissions market dynamics, capable of providing professional strategic advice to the school.
• Strong organisational, coordination and management abilities; able to deliver tasks efficiently and drive ongoing progress of counselling work.
