Dr Michael Cascianelli is a founding school principal and a researcher. Michael shaped the development of schools he led within the IB (PYP, MYP, and DP) and Cambridge curricula (iGCSEs, A-Levels). Michael worked in The Netherlands, Italy, the UK, and China. Michael holds a Master's and PhD from the University of Cambridge and believes in the power of lifelong learning to empower individuals to express themselves and make a change in this world through academic excellence, social-emotional learning and talent development.Michael argues that disruption,
sensitivity, and flexibility have become the new norm to address the individual
and community needs that education can address in today's schooling, especially
