• The Deputy Head of Primary will work with the Head of Primary in all aspects of Primary leadership, and will share responsibility for managing and leading Primary school improvement.
• Sustaining a warm, loving culture in Primary School, putting in place any policies and measures required to ensure this
• Primary Curriculum oversight and development, to include liaison with the Head of Primary and Deputy Head (Standards) to ensure cohesion across the whole school
• Ensuring the exceptional progress and attainment of all pupils in Primary, to include the effective use of academic and progress data
• Support for pastoral matters in Primary, referring to the Head of Primary, the Head of School and to the DSL when appropriate
• Helping ensure communications with parents continue to be timely, two-way and highly engaging, working closely with the A&M team where necessary
