About Job:

● Be prepared to take on Homeroom responsibilities and manage the class in accordance with the school schedule
● Establish high expectations for students by designing learning activities aligned with the school’s core curriculum
● Incorporate technology as needed to enhance learning in the curriculum, including the use of computers, screen projectors, and tablets
● Prioritize personalized instruction to each student
● Create and distribute educational materials to students, including notes, summaries, worksheets, and practice problems
● Use student learning data to inform and guide lesson planning
● Examine students’ achievements daily and provide progress reports as needed
● Consistently assess and improve teaching methods to ensure their effectiveness
● Maximize instructional time while minimizing disruptions
● Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment, ensuring strict adherence to safeguarding protocols
● Plan and oversee in-class and outdoor activities and programs

About You:

• ● The ideal candidate possesses a strong aptitude and a relevant bachelor’s degree
  ● At least 2 years of experience working as a Primary teacher
  ● An international teaching certificate
  ● Be familiar with how data is used to develop strategies and guide informed decision-making in teaching
  ● A collaborative individual eager to share knowledge and learn from colleagues worldwide
