● Provide in-class instructional support
● Create and organize teaching aids and resources to support learning activities
● Collaborate with homeroom teachers to develop instructional strategies that meet the needs of students
● Develop learning plans that accurately reflect students’ learning profiles and provide personalized instructional programs
● Provide specialized instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings to address specific learning requirements
● Collaborate with professionals, including speech therapists, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to offer each student comprehensive support
● Maintain detailed records of student progress, providing updates to stakeholders as required for transparency and accountability
● Maximize the academic impact of flexible learning spaces that are thoughtfully designed to drive innovation and creativity in the classroom
