About School:

School is a co-educational weekly-boarding private school for about 650 Chinese national students in a semi-rural corner of Guangzhou city. School offers a British curriculum (Cambridge Assessment International Education, A-Level and IGCSE) to students from Grade 9 to Grade 12. Students join our school from the Chinese system, all planning to study at top universities in Britain and around the world.

About Job:

• Familiar with Cambridge A-level/IGCSE curriculum, prepare the Cambridge A-level/IGCSE teaching plan and curriculum plan and relevant materials according to the syllabus.
• Deliver lesson, supervise and guide students to complete teaching tasks and objectives.
• Regularly feedback the information of students, flexibly adjust the teaching plan according to the needs of students
• Cooperated with the teaching and research department to develop and regularly update teaching materials and lecture plans.
• Will have the ability to work within and apply all school policies e.g. behaviour management, child protection, Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities etc.
• Attend all kinds of meetings convened by teaching supervisor or principal as required

About You:

• • A Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Experience of curriculum planning and development and significant experience of delivering A-Level/ IGCSE curriculum in your subject.
  • Hold a teacher certificate
  • English level required to meet visa’s requirement
  • Be good at communicating with students and stimulate their initiative in learning.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to professional development.
