About School:

The school is Guangzhou’s oldest International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum school, offering a continuous IB experience from the early years through high school graduation. The school currently authorized to offer our students the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP) to students from Kindergarten through Year 12.  Through the IB continuum experience, students are taught how to become active, compassionate, and lifelong learners who develop the skills, knowledge, and intercultural understanding to help create a better world for the future. • The teacher plans using the school’s standards, the school’s curriculum, effective strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all students.
• The teacher effectively engages students in learning by using a variety of instructional strategies in order to meet individual learning needs.
• The teacher systematically gathers, analyzes, and uses all relevant data to measure student academic progress, guide instructional content and delivery methods, and provide timely feedback to both students and parents throughout the school year.
• The teacher uses resources, routines, and procedures to provide a respectful, positive, safe, student-centered environment that is conducive to learning.

About You:

• • A Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Experience of curriculum planning and development and significant experience of delivering IB curriculum in your subject.
  • Hold a teacher certificate
  • English level required to meet visa’s requirement
  • Be good at communicating with students and stimulate their initiative in learning.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to professional development.
