• Plan, teach and review the subject curriculum according to IB MYP/DP standards.
• Differentiate classroom instruction to meet student’s individual learning needs and styles.
• Explicitly teach Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills.
• Employ a constructivist, inquiry-based pedagogical approach to teaching and learning that promotes inquiry and the development of critical-thinking skills.
• Provide learning experiences that build on what students know and can do.
