• Encourage high standards of behaviour from students, built on rules and routines that are understood by staff and students and clearly demonstrated by all adults in school
• Make sure the primary school works effectively with parents, carers and professionals to identify additional needs and provide support and adaptation where appropriate
• Use valid, reliable and proportionate approaches to assessing students’ knowledge and understanding of the curriculum
• Promote a culture and practices that enables all students to access the curriculum
• Establish and sustain high-quality teaching across subjects and phases, based on evidence
• Identify problems and barriers to primary school effectiveness, and develop strategies for primary school improvement that are realistic, timely and suited to the school’s context
• Ensure staff and students’ safety and welfare through effective approaches to safeguarding, as part of duty of care
• Provide training and support for teachers and support staff on administering the assessment system effectively

About You:

• • Bachelor's degree or a master's degree in related field or doctorate degree is preferred
  • At least 5 years related teaching and administration experience.
  • Qualified Teacher Status or Equivalent
  • Familiar with American Curriculum, Common Core.
  • Enthusiasm in Education Industry.
  • Ability to promote excellent standards of teaching and learning.
