• Communicate in depth with the Group's academic SLTs to establish a mechanism for evaluating the quality of teaching in schools.
• Assist in the construction of integrated curriculum for the Group Schools (International), and provide professional support in the teacher recruitment and admission when required;
• Participate in formulation and assessment of the Group-level development plan for Group’s Features courses, ensuring the timely delivery of a high-quality teaching curriculum;
• Organize and oversee the planning, designing, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the Group's unique teaching and learning activities.
• Support the construction of schools or other relevant programmes within the Group, as well as works related to curriculum and teaching research.
• According to management needs, assist superior and provide professional advice for the recruiting of academic team members as and when needs arises;
• Collaborate with superior to ensure comprehensive support for all relevant undertakings across the Group, and fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior.
• Participate in the development and implementation of rules and regulations of the Academic Centre.
• According to the development needs, assist each campus to improve their academic system; actively participate in the formulation of curriculum planning to ensure its effective teaching service and implement of teaching quality control;
• Design a teacher evaluation system and introduce training courses for School teaching professionals;
