Hold a recognized bachelor's degree in education or a related field.

Minimum two years of teaching experience in international schools.

Experience in IES partner international schools in China is preferred.

Commit to working in international schools in China for minimum 2 years post-study.

Committee briefing and alignment meeting on selection process & criteria
Application period open for all eligible educators
Pre-screening applications. Top 20 candidates shortlisted.
Committee review and scoring. Top 8 candidates selected.
One-day Panel interviews, ~45 mins each. Final evaluation and selection of top 3 recipients.
